I reckon both do it, but you are right about the

"working in offices women are very, very subtle in their b***hing, getting at somebody. It can be the slightest tiniest thing, but it can really piss the other person off."

That goes on in every office, some tollerable but annoying, some just totally ruining the working environment

On the same subject, its pretty worrying the problem Lesley has with sam in bb, shes been out the house 6 days and on every show she sounds off about her. Get over it!!
