Firstly..thoughts out to all on the train

When we won the play offs..under Alex Neil..my Spurs season ticket holding 'mate' said before the next prem season started that we should Alex Neil and get a new manager..He watches quoite afew city games
I thought at the time everything in the canary garden was rosy and disagreed
His view was that Alex neil did not have the tactical nous needed in the prem..A plan A...Plan B..and Plan C
At the time I disagreed!
However the more I look back and look at our managers since the tactical side being able to change during games is key..Manning cannot!
Our model requires young players comign through and purchases to be improved..its not happening..Crnac has gone backwards....our Eng U21 full back does not get picked....Darling has clearly gone backwards
Its not working for Manning...wrong club..wrong time personally...We need a new manager bonce NOW!
