What makes a good coach/manager?

I came up with these under Farke thinking about what made a difference. Manning hasn't shown any.

1. The ability to change things in match without substitutions. Tactical or positional tweaks that affect the flow of the game.
2. Good performance at attacking and defensive set pieces.
3. The ability to change the game with substitutions, changing the flow of the game.
4. The players never looking beat and keeping going. Comeback wins and draws after being behind.
5. Improving players. Either tweaking their position or through coaching them playing better than previously for their current or previous clubs.
