first, put simply, it made people unhappy - farke was loved - football clubs are not widget manufacturers - sometimes decisions have to have regard to emotional considerations; second, it led to an unthought through decision, taken hurriedly (rather than at leisure the next summer) and put in place a man with absolutely no commitment to the club, or any obvious affection, playing crappy football; since then, we've been reactive, staggering from one thing to another - the only sign of a strategy was Hoff, but knipper wet himself on that front, and here we are .... again, purely reactive. Add to all that, that there's no real sign of any person in the hierarchy who feels genuinely "norwich", and the outlook is not a happy one
