Why would cps continue to push for a case to go to trial, when both the prosecution and defence barristers agree that the defendants should never have been charged in the first place? There is no physical evidence that the offences took place, there is substantial evidence from the defence that the offences could not, and did not take place.

I'm very concerned about a close friend of mine. They have a KC who you know, but quite frankly they're running out of money. She will definitely die in prison if convicted, but worse than that, I stupidly said I'd look after her dog. The thing is completely blind and s**ts everywhere and anywhere. Send help.
