Isn't it about taking a gamble on yourself to be able to change the behaviours

Modern football means that anyone with a modicum of talent as a teenager is hoovered up by the best clubs...the rest of us are left with the best of the rest. Good coaches/man managers will improve the weaknesses or player behaviour as they grow up mature...this is were the value is for a club like ours. Has Manning got that in his locker? So far neither coaching nor his beloved behaviours have changed dramatically, so it doesn't appear he fits our model
