If he's going to get an improvement he needs to change the way

he plays to suit the players he has. Playing with two in CM is a big issue, as are: a lack of movement, lack of progressive passes, poor chance creation, Cordoba at LCB, playing wingers or strikers at number 10/inside forwards, lack of a cohesive high press, inability to break a high press.

So just a few things to work on.
