The house used as a baseline to claim she's doubled the value is a 3-bed semi vs hers which is a 4 bed detached. No mention of gardens/garage.

These two quotes are in the article you linked:

"Another property website, which uses Land Registry and official survey records for its valuations, shared data with The Telegraph suggesting it would be worth £637,000."

This style of reporting should stink to everyone.
