Apologies if it upset you

The suggestion that men intruding into women’s sport is just a “weird right wing trope”, however, needed to be challenged. That was the gaslighting technique deployed by extreme trans activists and for a decade many sports authorities bought into it. The harm done to young women was immense.

There are “people” on both sides of this debate, and any downplaying of women’s rights to fair competition and their own safe spaces really gets my goat. “Be kind” is fine until a biological man insists that he be treated in law as a woman, at which point he is not being kind to biological women.
