Yes, I don’t get the logic.

He’s got a mediocre managerial record, and even if he interviews brilliantly, isn’t the number 1 thing we’ve learned from JHT that we need to look beyond interviewing well and find someone that is demonstrably a good man manager?

Right now, I don’t trust Knapper to get the decision right, but I’m hopeful (probably not confident), that our number 1 target is somebody else.
