4-3-3, gegenpress, favours technical ability over strength

If we by some miracle went up we’d get torn apart trying that in the Prem. At this point it’s not clear to me we won’t get torn apart trying it in the chumps but what’s the f**king point of basing a club round a way of doing things which, if we do them successfully enough to go up, will predictably result in doing even worse than scum managed?

Playing 4-3-3 in the Prem is fine if you have players worth roughly our current squad value in each position. Otherwise you need something more pragmatic.
