You think two and a half years is plenty of experience, I think we should go for someone who has more than two and a half years experience.

I haven’t said GON doesn’t have the experience to manage norwich, I’ve said I’d prefer someone with more.

Not sure what your problem is to be honest, but please stop claiming I’ve stated things that I haven’t. And as mentioned above, I haven’t asserted anything at all, quite the contrary.
