and hardly offensive or insulting. Played in the division for years and was a senior coach at that level with Bournemouth for two years before becoming a manager.

You're asserting however that he doesn't have the requisite experience.

Camcan made a very good point about personality which was fair enough. Much less ridiculous in fact.
