The vision is a sustainable model that builds through the top of the champs to become sustainable in the Prem. That's the model and JHT was brought in to deliver a - the - key piece of that.

Playoffs this term was never stated as a target (until Zoe's programme piece). It was always made clear to us that expectations should be limited this season as it was Year One of a multi-year programme.

I was fine with that but am losing/have lost confidence in JHT as the person to deliver his end of it. I still think the multi-year programme is the only option really, you can't just sneak up and expect to do anything other than fail, you have to put several different pieces in place and that kind of programme must be done intentionally, it's not going to happen by accident.
