No manager will achieve anything while Duffy and McLean are here

Everything about Duffy on and off the pitch screams danger to me and McLean has been here for too many failed seasons he needs to move for ours and his sake.
Players like Onel who have achieved little but earned big are not likely to improve aren’t going to play well when they know they are getting another contract.
Long was a disaster before he arrived, a laughingstock at Millwall and anyone who looked into him should have known that but i’m guessing he was seen as a cheap back up who wouldn’t play much.
But i think the biggest blame has to fall on the fact that we are know Premier League football is almost out of reach for most clubs now, players or certain level probably know they aren’t getting there so what motivates them to push on now might as well put average performances in at a club like Norwich and earn a lovely 10-25k a week
