Don't agree, that's Manager speak.

The bottom line is we pay these shlubz a fortune and the manager will be questioned if they are not in the match day squad.
All this stuff about being around the squad is psychobabble.
Has it translated into results while our better players are out....of course it hasn't.

Yeh,having players who are unhappy not starting must be great.

I would be pissed if I was a young player and seeing a player taking my bench spot, who the manager has no intention of playing or keeping in the future.
