Did Fulham, Wolves, Bournemouth, Forest, Brighton, Brentford spend a *huge* amount more?

I don't really know.

£130m still feels like an awful lot if it might only be the difference between rock solid 20th and battling for 17th.

Clearly none of the sides above have done it on a shoestring, but it certainly isn't a closed shop quite yet.
