Bloody hell - some things on TWTD there that I agree with

What they've bought with their £130m+ is a really strong championship squad. Of their players Leif Davies was always good and Delap is better than I'd like them to have. The rest are not prem footballers. Most will stay when they're relegated and they'll be strong in the champs the season after in consequence.

I don't normally look at TWTD but having gone there from this link I had a little poke around and there's plenty there to agree with in fact - thoughts about the Super League teams just f**king off and leaving football to proper clubs; the overall Prem Experience which of course we know well but they're just coming to terms with (reffing, VAR, pundits, media, tourist "fans", no atmosphere, condescension, feeling like you're competing and doing well in a game but lose it 2-0 or 3-1 or something, week after week, "showing glimmers" which never become anything, endless permutations and combinations of results by which it's possible to stay up, looking at other bottom teams and thinking they're s**t and then ending up s**tter, you know the drill).

Game really has gone to be honest. If there's a way back the Super League probably is it, much as I disliked the idea first time around. The rest of us would have less money but it would be proper competitive football again.
