Flat white to start my day

I have a reasonably decent grinder and sage machine which has temperate and pressure control. I would quite like a really good setup one day but unsure the money would justify the marginally better coffee.

We also have a pour over v60 and aeropress for filter which do really good black coffee and are great for travelling. Sometimes make cold brew in summer but it's a bit of a faff.
