no he just had the pleb account with barclays

i will speak to them tomorrow and get passed over to 4+ different people and try and get onto the app after explaining everything to them over and over again ad nauseum. apparently on average people in the uk spend 43 days of ther lives on hold dealing with companies. think i've done waaaaaaaay more than that already!
