Humans aren't rational. Wagner loses 1 game a month currently. In a results business

That is acceptable and good form.

But fans decided to dislike Wagner in October after 4-5 losses in a row.
Each time he loses lots of fans revert straight back to this time where they had enough.

Psychologically Wagner is always one result away from the chopping board. A draw is near enough a loss because it is interpreted as doubt.

Even beating lower table teams = doubts

Nothing has really changed, the fans who don't like Wagner have just gone quiet. 2 draws and questions will start
1 loss and questions will be asked.
2 losses in a row and it will kick off again.

He's very much still on a hiding to nothing. He isn't liked
