I have been offered a charity place in the 2025 London Marathon. A long way off but I have much to do! I used to be a reasonable runner (could get round a half in 1hr 45 and a 10k in 45 mins) but I've barely done any since before COVID. Now I get round a Parkrun in 25-26 mins but rarely go much further.Im 46 and I've mainly kept fit-ish with some cycling since.
I really want to be well prepared and get ahead of the game as much as I can.
Any training advice from running wrathers?
