Was listening at the weekend to a Reading fan talking about what their ownership has done

....which included investing hundreds of millions at the beginning. May end up leaving them with no club at all.

There are so many failed owners leaving clubs up sh*t creek. The assertion that our owners 'aren't fit for purpose' is not so clear to me.

People do talk on here as if the world is full of mega rich people who just want to give their money away to football clubs. It isn't. There are, though, quite a few people who want to make a buck for themselves out of clubs. If it works, great. If it doesn't, you end up a lot more f*cked than we are.
