If they really do clamp down it could hurt clubs like us.

We need the money from clubs like Everton who overpay for the likes of a Ben Godfrey.

It won't hurt us as badly as clubs that have been poorly run financially.

Overall, it could end up lowering the wages and spending in the lower levels of football because of the lowering of the trickledown effect.
