That's how a lot of us feel these days.

Obviously it's an overstatement, but the perception of things for fans who have been around the block with NCFC is like that. In the main, the feeling is that stuff is stagnating, not progressing in any meaningful way. Just treading water, withering on the vine, and any other negative analogy you can name.
