Watching Man City is such a soulless experience

Everything that is wrong with the world today embodied in a football team. Petrol-based wealth with a disregard for rules, the top 1%, inequality, polarisation, human rights abuse, media acquiescence, image manipulation, ad infinitum. I mean, sure, you might want to admire their football but defending all that in the name of sport? Same goes for all the “big six” or whatever s**t we’re having to put up with.
