I remember...

..going to one of the Port lodges in Porto, and our guide said that all the stuff about crusted/aged/ old vintage Ports was a load of snobbish toot. Apparently it goes off pretty quickly, so stick with a good quality recent vintage (Cockburns, Taylors, Sandemans etc)
