In answer to points 1 and 2 there has been talk of building a new train station

to the east of the city before and with that would come opportunities for new venues and businesses so maybe a new stadium there isn’t so far fetched.

On point 3, why would the club care? It would be in their interest NOT to have alternative drinking holes and eateries nearby so that more money was spent at the stadium facilities.

Point 4, we are in England not the uk so what’s that got to do with it!!!
