Dean Smith, I will give you this one, SSCC's dad was just f**king terrible.

Chris Hughton- WTF Just bizarre, kept us up for two seasons and finished 11th in the PL. Even had a 10 game unbeaten run in the PL!
I liked Farke but never got even close to this success.
Not exciting football but we could do with some of that defensive organization right now.

Glenn Roeder. While it ended badly his first season was nothing short of spectacular. When Grant left we were Rock bottom of the champs and way off safety yet using virtually no money and solid journeyman loans he turned it around so we ended up threatening the playoffs before finishing mid table. A pretty incredible feat given the context of where we were and the quality of squad we had.
