Who are our best managers in recent history? Farke, Lambert, Neil - all came here relatively unknown (as managers) and on the up.
Some of our worst have been the so-called bigger names i.e. Dean Smith, Chris Hughton, Glenn Roeder.
We need someone forward-thinking to come in with fresh ideas, led by a Sporting Director with a long-term vision. Anything else feels like a short-term "fix" and we'll be back where we are now within a matter of months.
