The issue is that clearly Delia and Michael dont think he is doing a bad job

I cant think of another example where such an incredibly naïve couple ran a business of this size.

They are such fanboys/girls that they just buy another they are told. I remember them spouting about nobody knowing the lower leagues better than Gunny.

They basically believe whatever anyone tells them.
