Yeah the decision which should have been made

And which they should be prepared for in any case where there’s a restart when they need to award a goal, would be to tell the ref who could stop the game, talk to the managers and let Liverpool walk it in. But they never even told the ref and maybe he’d have done that. Would have been the only way to keep within the laws of the game which do need changing.
