Have they got the reported xG variance over a period as a metric?

My biggest struggle with it is that it doesn't seem to be used according to its limitations. Also, am a bit dubious as to the source and reliability of the data which feeds it. (seem to be a wide variance in reported figures suggesting a wid variance of info being fed in)
