You are just wrong. Plain and simple.
Your opinion is clearly based on limited experiences.
On one hand you concede that that it's possible to have edges but, in your experience, it's not worthwhile.
Thats doesn't mean they don't exist; it just means you don't know about them.
The problem is APs are in general a very secretive bunch.
You don't hear about the edges until the plays are long burnt out.

A mere net worth of 670M Aus dollars.
These are clearly top of the tree but there are people still making six to seven figures every year in smaller plays that you don't personally know about.
I know people who make big six figures doing nothing but playing slot (fruit) machines.
(far more than you could ever make as a chemist)
I'm sure you will say that's not possible.
You would be 100% wrong.
