I used to work in the technology field that casinos use around this.

Like you mentioned with Bet365 - if you aren't being asked to leave/cease playing in a casino (and being flagged for future reference), then you don't have an advantage.

Making a living from gambling is possible, but a grind. Beating the bookies/casinos consistently? Nah.

(also note that it is good publicity for those involved to suggest it's possible - would be very bad business if it was).
