I don't think its such a big deal

It seems unlikely that Leeds are going to be fishing in the same transfer pool as we are, given our budget limitations. And I'm not sure exactly what inside knowledge he could take to them which would be particularly useful to them or detrimental to us.

Better to let him go and save the wages, imo.
