On a beginners training plan and all gone to plan so far. Sod’s Law I’ve come down with a heavy cold yesterday so bit of anxiety around shifting it prior to Sunday .
Tend to be quite an anxious person anyway so trying to take it as it comes. Not bothered about time etc would just like to get round and enjoy the day as much as I can without nerves and anxiety getting the best of me.
Typically network rail have decided that the 23rd is the optimal time for engineering works so no trains.
Any tips for a first timer ?
How often did you fuel in Manchester I’m struggling with all the gels etc
