How have your final weeks of training gone? Expect you're in taper mode now, hopefully you are feeling in good shape for it?
I had Manchester on Sunday and thankfully my injury had settled down enough for me to get a week of running in before hand and then a good rest. Felt good on the day and at half way was on for sub 3 at which point my 5 week break caught up with me. Finished in 3:13 but no regrets about time, happy to make the start line and to finish even if the last 10 miles weren't pretty.
Hope that you have a good run On Sunday and enjoy the occasion. Very jealous not to get to run London but also incredibly relieved that I'm not. If you share your bib number before the race I'll try and give you a cheer out on the course.
