But the more I’ve seen this season the more I just think I’m manifesting a level of ability above what’s there. For each player I think is ok there’s the realisation that they’ll need a very different setup to go above that. Which means we keep shuffling and thinking g that x will make y work better - and it doesn’t.
Work out what we need and then if the current players are the best options in that. It’s a bit like when a stew is too salty and you put a potato in - it makes it taste a bit better but the stew was made wrong in the first place.
