Why can't it be Williams?

"When I was manager I had a good coach in Dave Williams. He did an excellent job and is still at the club doing an excellent job."

Well if he was good enough to coach the first team then, surely he still is. And why waste his talents on the youth when we know that Worthington won't use them anyway. Boothroyd could probably see that, I wonder if Williams might go the same way...
