Wasn’t that the point of our supposed model under SW in the first place? A coach who can slot straight in with no need to root and branch remove the whole philosophy and setup behind the scenes.
Baffling why they thought Smith would have been successful really.
Anyway, I’m excited to see what Dave can do.
