Yeah, I don't disagree

I guess I just struggle with the notion that the likes of Southwell are capable of the kind of questioning and understanding that's actually needed.

As an example, the article he churned out based on the resolutions circulated to shareholders a couple of months ago was utter, utter garbage.

So yes, scrutiny good, as is impartial reporting but scrutiny of anything complicated / specialist by someone who doesn't understand the subject matter is somewhat pointless.

I suppose getting back to my overall thinking, it does seem very petty and unnecessary, and I don't understand where the club is coming from, but equally I don't feel like I'm going to miss out on anything.
