yes, some shareholders will no doubt give reports these days on social.

But it's more about the accounts not being open to proper scrutiny and questioning. NCFC *always* held media briefings of the accounts in the past, and there are definitely questions to be asked on that which have haven't been answered in Richens' video Q&A.
