Every NCFC manager, when faced with a diamond in the Youth / Academy, has utilised them.

And even if they weren't a diamond, the vast majority have been given a chance.

But go on, name me a young player that has left NC because of a lack of pathway who has gone on to a better level. You might come up with a couple, but that's about it.
