It’s your prerogative to not like him of course….

But I find that view hard to relate to. Every manager deserves a chance, it’s not smith’s fault that he’s not Farke, and smith seems like a thoroughly decent bloke.

I don’t think anyone’s saying he’s a great manager, just that the suggestion he was rubbish and should be fired was hasty.

That’s just my view though, I don’t form strong views quickly on things, I appreciate that others take a different approach.
