We claimed in June with Tui

Flight to Cuba was 4 hours late taking off but made up a bit so we didn't quite qualify for the higher amount. We filled in the form online and within a couple of days we had an email saying it had been approved and we had to fill in another form with our bank details. We were a bit unsure of this but checked it was genuine and did it, and money came through in another couple of days. We got £520 for two of us, it was based on miles travelled and being over 3 hours late at the destination airport.
