Has anyone had experience of claiming flight/holiday compensation?
I've initially gone via tui directly. Logged the claim via their website yesterday. No confirmation email received. Random cash amount dropped in my account today (only 24 hours later) but it doesn't resemble any of the potential compensation bands (Euros converted to £) and no email received to explain the amount.
It is roughly 1/4 of the amount I'd expect for a 4 person claim but would be weird to receive the 4 payments separately and €400 doesn't fx to £395...
I suspect I am going to have to do the second Martin Lewis phase and follow this up via resolver but just wondered if anyone else has been through this?
