Coffee Shop Beans will be best

As they most likely will be sold with a Roasted date to give you an idea of the freshness, I get my beans from The Little Red Roaster on Norwich Market, Kofra do some nice ones as well.

Kofra, for some reason, doesn’t put roasted dates on its packs.
