He's shopping at such a low wage level compared to the rest of the Prem

I can understand his struggles to get recruitment right. Think he tries to protect the board but ultimately his wage/transfer budget is not up to a Prem standard. Net spend barely scraped 10 million I'd say. Also needs to be careful not to throw the recent signings under the bus if he does do media interviews.
