So he's not entitled to time off now?

I'm guessing like most people he's allowed holidays and can book them off just like me and you.

I'd also suggest calming down a bit, maybe it's all in hand and you don't know the full story. Also it's 2022 there are means of communication other than pigeons and smoke signals I'm sure it's all taken care off.

Or is this just an opportunity to get the knife in early when we haven't signed anyone by July?
